We have recently carried out a detailed CCTV condition and location survey for our valued client Valor Real Estate Partners LLP Max Freeman MRICS MCIOB

One of our CCTV / tracing units worked alongside a GIS mapping team MK Surveys
to conduct an investigation of a large diameter surface water culvert / watercourse in connection with some proposed development works.

We supplied an updated CAD drawing file and a comprehensive condition report including digital footage and photos of the entire survey within a couple of days of completion of the site works.
