Brilliant from start to finish. We called Hydro late on a Thursday afternoon explaining our situation (a very blocked drain) after the call we received an email confirming everything and they would be out with us tomorrow morning. The next day, Ian called us half hour before advising he was on his way and would be with us about 8am. Ian arrived as he said, showed him our issue and within the hour Ian had sorted everything, we couldn’t have asked for more. Fantastic service, highly recommend and would 100% use again. I first came across InSewer in 1998 and have been receiving their surveys or commissioning them directly ever since. In these 25 years, they have never let me down. On many projects, their work ethic, insight and experience has saved clients money and time, e.g. by finding unrecorded outfalls that removed the need for a pumping station. The often seen ‘Unable To Survey’ on reports by other firms seems to be regarded as a challenge to overcome, instead of an excuse for an early finish. Their work with MK Surveys on utility tracing is also extremely helpful for due diligence. InSewer are my go-to team for drainage surveys and investigations and cannot recommend them highly enough.
