Very accommodating in providing a date around my shift work and not delayed for weeks for works to be carried out. Harry (our surveyor) was extremely friendly and professional. He answered any questions I had and informed me of the process. Excellent communication on all levels from everyone that I spoke with. Couldn’t have asked for a more professional and quick service. Booking the appointment was dealt with very efficiently. Ian arrived at my property on time , identified the problem and then proceeded to clear the drainage channel with the site left clean and tidy. An excellent job.

I first came across InSewer in 1998 and have been receiving their surveys or commissioning them directly ever since. In these 25 years, they have never let me down. On many projects, their work ethic, insight and experience has saved clients money and time, e.g. by finding unrecorded outfalls that removed the need for a pumping station. The often seen ‘Unable To Survey’ on reports by other firms seems to be regarded as a challenge to overcome, instead of an excuse for an early finish. Their work with MK Surveys on utility tracing is also extremely helpful for due diligence. InSewer are my go-to team for drainage surveys and investigations and cannot recommend them highly enough.
