May 18, 2025We contacted InSewer to have the drains on our property surveyed as we are planning major renovation works which will likely need to be cleared with the water company. Everyone at InSewer were great - the team who arrived on the day were pleasant and explained everything clearly and Ty and Liam who we dealt with by email were super responsive. The full report at the end is brilliant and can be downloaded if required which is great for sharing with architects, builders, etc. We couldn't be happier with the service we received - cheers!

January 16, 2026I needed a survey done for a build over application for Southern Water and I found that lots of companies offer different things. These guys know exactly what is required and provided the full specification needed that not all companies offer and at a very competitive price. I first came across InSewer in 1998 and have been receiving their surveys or commissioning them directly ever since. In these 25 years, they have never let me down. On many projects, their work ethic, insight and experience has saved clients money and time, e.g. by finding unrecorded outfalls that removed the need for a pumping station. The often seen ‘Unable To Survey’ on reports by other firms seems to be regarded as a challenge to overcome, instead of an excuse for an early finish. Their work with MK Surveys on utility tracing is also extremely helpful for due diligence. InSewer are my go-to team for drainage surveys and investigations and cannot recommend them highly enough.
