March 30, 2025We recently used Insewer Surveys for a CCTV survey of the drains and were really impressed with the service. The booking process was straight forward. The engineers arrived on time, explained everything clearly and answered any questions we had. They carried out a full CCTV inspection of the drains. The report was detailed, with video footage and was easy-to-understand. There was no pressure to commit to additional work, which I appreciated. Overall, they were professional, transparent, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

InSewer recently carried out a drains survey for us to ascertain exactly where the mains sewer was supposed to be located in our rear garden before we went ahead with plans to build a new extention as we did not want to get involved with building over the mains sewer. Southern Water were not able to help us as they said unfortunately the maps they hold are not always very accurate but Insewer have provided a very detailed report as to where all drains lay within our boundary and roads running alongside our property. Ty was extremely helpful over the phone before the actual survey took place and the guys that attended site were extremely helpful in explaining eveything to me in detail. We now feel confident to move forward with our plans and would not hesitate to recomend these guys.

April 30, 2024I've used Hydro Descaling to empty my Septic Tank and on a couple of occasions to clear my clocked drain. They are always really efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough and get to the bottom of the problem causing the blockage (in my case usually tree roots). They are also really quick at getting an engineer out to me. Highly recommend.

I first came across InSewer in 1998 and have been receiving their surveys or commissioning them directly ever since. In these 25 years, they have never let me down. On many projects, their work ethic, insight and experience has saved clients money and time, e.g. by finding unrecorded outfalls that removed the need for a pumping station. The often seen ‘Unable To Survey’ on reports by other firms seems to be regarded as a challenge to overcome, instead of an excuse for an early finish. Their work with MK Surveys on utility tracing is also extremely helpful for due diligence. InSewer are my go-to team for drainage surveys and investigations and cannot recommend them highly enough.
