  • After using Hydro for the last ten years at our commercial premises in Maidstone, I feel that I should give them an honest review, I deal with many trades needed on a large scale building and I have found that Hydro have been one of the most reliable local trades that we use, from the initial call through to the engineers that attend site, who, from my experience have gone the extra mile to solve any unforeseen problems .

    Very impressed with the service from this company from first telephone contact to delivery of extensive report. Guys who carried out survey were very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of my property. Explained their findings in clear terms which I could understand. I first came across InSewer in 1998 and have been receiving their surveys or commissioning them directly ever since.  In these 25 years, they have never let me down.  On many projects, their work ethic, insight and experience has saved clients money and time, e.g. by finding unrecorded outfalls that removed the need for a pumping station.  The often seen ‘Unable To Survey’ on reports by other firms seems to be regarded as a challenge to overcome, instead of an excuse for an early finish.  Their work with MK Surveys on utility tracing is also extremely helpful for due diligence.  InSewer are my go-to team for drainage surveys and investigations and cannot recommend them highly enough.
