  • Hydro Descaling have been servicing my property for 12 years two Cess pits house and stables. Their services are impeccable and personable. We have a lot of animals and they take extreme care when manoeuvring vehicles and during the emptying. I highly recommend using Hydro descaling

    Contacted for a property I manage. Came out as soon as the tenant was available. Gave her all the information to the issue, tenant phoned in once Ian had left to relay how friendly and helpful he was throughout the process. Highly recommend

    Had a fantastic experience with Insewer; very prompt to arrange the drainage survey, and also to prepare and share the report. The engineer also took the trouble to talk me through his findings onsite via video call, as I wasn’t able to be there for the actual appointment. Great value too. Would 100% recommend.

I first came across InSewer in 1998 and have been receiving their surveys or commissioning them directly ever since.  In these 25 years, they have never let me down.  On many projects, their work ethic, insight and experience has saved clients money and time, e.g. by finding unrecorded outfalls that removed the need for a pumping station.  The often seen ‘Unable To Survey’ on reports by other firms seems to be regarded as a challenge to overcome, instead of an excuse for an early finish.  Their work with MK Surveys on utility tracing is also extremely helpful for due diligence.  InSewer are my go-to team for drainage surveys and investigations and cannot recommend them highly enough.
