Had a fantastic experience with Insewer; very prompt to arrange the drainage survey, and also to prepare and share the report. The engineer also took the trouble to talk me through his findings onsite via video call, as I wasn’t able to be there for the actual appointment. Great value too. Would 100% recommend.

We are a Civil Engineering Consultancy who have used your services on many occasions in the past. On numerous projects we have engaged ‘InSewer Surveys’ to undertake a CCTV survey in order to determine the condition together with an electronic trace to accurately determine the positions of drainage routes. We have found the information provided by ‘InSewer Surveys’ to be clear and precise which has enabled us to deliver complete detailed designs for our clients. We have used InSewer Surveys for many years and will continue to do so in the future.
From my perspective; “Finding a good product or service often requires some trial and error, and in the early years of my own business I tried a few different survey companies, with mixed results, I began using InSewer Surveys. As a water authority approved surveyor, I can be confident that the level of detail supplied will meet both with my own requirements and the satisfaction of the water authority, should any applications be required during the building regulations stage, in conjunction with home extension projects. I have always found InSewer Surveys to be prompt in communicating dates and times for survey arrangements, arriving on time and are thorough and friendly

InSewer Surveys provide an excellent service, going above and beyond to help out. The quality of information provided is always highly detailed and accurate.
I first came across InSewer in 1998 and have been receiving their surveys or commissioning them directly ever since. In these 25 years, they have never let me down. On many projects, their work ethic, insight and experience has saved clients money and time, e.g. by finding unrecorded outfalls that removed the need for a pumping station. The often seen ‘Unable To Survey’ on reports by other firms seems to be regarded as a challenge to overcome, instead of an excuse for an early finish. Their work with MK Surveys on utility tracing is also extremely helpful for due diligence. InSewer are my go-to team for drainage surveys and investigations and cannot recommend them highly enough.
We have utilised Hydro Descaling / InSewer Surveys for over 20 years and have found them to be the most professional and reliable team we have worked with.
Liam has always put service first and will always go beyond to accommodate most situations.
The reporting facility makes a huge impact and demonstrates the attention required to maintain confidence in their operations.
For these reasons we will always endorse and use In Sewer for all of our CCTV, Jetting and Pipe Repair needs.
