Further expansion means another brand new quality vehicle added to the Hydro Fleet!
To meet with increased demand for clients that require up to the minute, time saving equipment, we have invested once again in a new Jetting & Descailing unit to clear blockages, roots etc faster.
With working pressures of 4000 psi and a specialist range of cleaning nozzles, attachments and root cutting heads, our new Harben/Flowplant van pack jetting unit will make short work of any blockages encountered during our surveys.
If you need high quality, time saving CCTV condition surveys, please get in touch for a demonstration.
After many years on the Revenge Road Industrial Park, Hydo have updated their familiar liveries and brand image with a new makeover for their premises. To continue with all of the upgrades and investment in new equipment over the past 12 months, Hydo Descaling have invested in the appearance of their head office in Lordswood.
Going for growth in 2017, Hydro are a company moving forward.
To keep up with ever increasing demand and to bring down our response times we’ve been investing again in our CCTV survey division !!
The vehicle has had a custom fit out incorporating the latest invertor power technology by Wilker UK in Cheshire (long gone are the days of noisy air polluting generators!). It’s been updated to include the latest Minicam Proteus equipment capable of surveying pipes from 100mm – 2000mm diameter.
The kit includes steerable tractor units and pan/tilt CCTV camera heads as well as conventional push rod systems. We’ve also included a stand-alone battery unit and carry out trolley enabling us to undertake surveys of large diameter culverts etc. in inaccessible sites where vehicle access is not viable.
We’ve been busy cleaning sewers for a client using our MegaWhale Combi Jetting Unit. The sewers were previously heavily silted and causing backing up and flooding to local properties.
All silt and blockages were removed in one shift and everything was left running freely!
We recently completed surveys of rainwater pipes 8 storeys high to determine their condition following recent flooding. The job was finished with no issues, using a specialist portable battery powered CCTV Kit. Not for the faint-hearted if you suffer from vertigo though! #drainage #drainwork #business
Did you know that leaking drainage is a major cause of subsidence? We’ve recently been busy repairing defective drainage pipe joints for one of our clients using cured in place pipe lining (CIPP) rather than conventional excavation.
This is a much cheaper and environmentally friendly option meaning all works were completed in one day with no mess or disruption!
